Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit:

If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received from our online web store, you may return or exchange an item(s) in original condition within 30 days accompanied by your original invoice. Items that have been washed, stained, altered, worn, embroidered, screen printed or a posted Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned. Please test your new shoes out on the carpet, because we cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear or scuff marks. You will receive a refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method. LRUniforms.com charges a 3% restocking fee. Original or return postage is not refundable. You may also bring the item(s) to one of our stores to exchange, receive a store credit or receive a refund. Our fisical "Store Policy" varies from our online store policy.

Processing Times for Returns:

Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s) we process all returns within 7 days. If you place your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping & Delivery:

We use UPS and USPS for shipping. Most orders are processed immediately (1 to 3 business days) . Please allow 5 to 10 business days for standard UPS delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM, EST on Friday afternoon will begin processing the following business day.

Standard Shipping:

When you select "Standard" shipping - which is based off of the subtotal of the order, it will be shipped by one of the methods available to us (US Mail, or the least inexpensive carrier) standard shipping is not insured.If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected ship date. Items ordered together are not always shipped together. All back orders are shipped separately at no cost to you.

For Example: If you placed an order for two items, and one is on backorder, you will be charged only for the item that shipped and your shipping cost. Once your backordered item is in stock, you will only be charged for that item upon shipment. No additional shipping charges will be added to your order.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping offers are valid for U.S. addresses only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S Virgin Island, P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO, unless otherwise specified.

In-Store Pick-up:

When your item is ready for Pick-up we will contact you via email or text.

Refused Packages:

Once an order has shipped it is considered to be a completed transaction and is subject to our standard return policy. Refusing a package does NOT entitle you to a refund. Refused packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee* plus the cost of shipping and handling. When we receive the refused package back, a refund will be issued consistent with the original method of payment for the remainder of the purchase total.

* The restocking fee covers the costs that we have incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to: merchant processing fees, wages, transportation fees, inventory shortage, and materials.

Undeliverable Addresses:

Orders that have been returned to us due to an incorrect address will be handled in a timely manner by our customer service department. If LRUniforms.com has made the error, we will re-send the shipment to the correct address at no cost to you. If the person who placed the order made an error in the shipping address, or never claimed the package, they will need to pay the cost of re-shipping the package. If we cannot contact the person who placed the order within 10 days of receiving the undelivered package back, the package will be treated as a refused package (see "Refused Packages" for more info)
